1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on KJ168, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

4. Account Registration

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate Accounts — identified by matching name, address, email, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any combination thereof — will be closed. Funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed through duplicate Accounts will be considered void.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Currency and Exchange

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of crediting to the Player's Wallet. KJ168 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or blockchain network fees incurred by the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, loyalty points, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") offered by KJ168 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, and to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a stated number of times ("Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover") before any winings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a 20x Wagering Requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must wager a cumulative total of RM2,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bet Limits During Bonus Activity

While Bonus Funds remain active in Player's Wallet, the maximum permitted bet or stake per round, spin, or wager is typically capped at RM250 to RM500 unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceding this cap while using Bonus Funds may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the following general rates apply:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10–20% contribution
• Sports betting: 25–50% contribution (varies by offer)

6.5 Bonus Expiry

KJ168 reserves the right to withold, adjust, or forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the KJ168 Platform — whether on sports events, casino games, or other offerings — are subject to the specific rules governing each product category, as displayed within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Voided Bets and System Errors

KJ168 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at incorrect or eroneous odds or paylines due to a technical fault; an event or game outcome was affected by circumstances outside of normal play; or there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation. In such circumstances, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KJ168 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting known software or system errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to KJ168.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location or identity.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering your Account to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KJ168 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of KJ168 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, copying, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from KJ168.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KJ168 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

KJ168's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by KJ168

KJ168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where: these Terms have been breached; the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; or it is deemed necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory guidance.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting KJ168 customer support via live chat or email. Upon verification of identity, the Account will be closed and any remaining Real Money Balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard processing procedures.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Where required by the nature of the amendment, KJ168 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the Platform.
